The Watcher
FBI agent Joel Campbell, burntout and shell shocked later years spent pursuing serial killers, flees L.A. to begin a new life for himself in Chicago. After his brand new hometown gets to be the atmosphere for many murders -- even murders that could have been committed by one person: David Allen Griffin, but five months later, Joel's best laid plans are cut short. One of Joel nemeses, Griffin has followed closely his former pursuer in order to Chicago to play with with a sadistic game of cat and mouse. Departing his offense scenes thoroughly free of clues so as to keep the authorities at bay and taunting Joel with photographs of his intended victims, Griffin derives as much pleasure from watching as watching his sufferers, Joel react to each movement die. However, when Griffin moves to Joel's inner circle, Joel must immediately find some way to prevent him before someone near to him becomes the one to die.
