Every year the Taxpayers of Fura City Observe a Wind Festival. Where folks live together with the wind. Long Ago, about the evening of this festival that the Legendary Pokemon Lugia and bestow this wind's blessings upon the folks. This Film Focuses on Everybody's Story. Out of Lisa, a high school girl who is starting out as a Pokemon trainer, to Karachi, some guy who can't quit lying to Torito, a researcher who lacks confidence in himselfto Hisui, an older lady who hates touching Pokemon, and Rarugo, a mysterious young girl who watches over the forest .
