Force of Execution
Seagal stars as mob kingpin Mr. Alexander, an old-school boss that rules his legal empire with nobility and brutality. For a simple prison hit, he directs his very best enforcer along with protégé Roman Hurst (Foster). Hurst is forced to pay the price tag on his collapse: banishment from the city that he once mastered, After the hit goes wrong. However a war is brewing to get the soul of this city between Alexander, also a cold blooded gangster referred to as'The Iceman" (Rhames) and also a merciless Mexican cartel.
