Kanthaswamy
The film's plot revolves round Kanthasamy (played by Vikram), who's a Revenue Tax officer in the CBI, and his pals, granting the fantasies of this needy who write letters into a regional Lord Muruga temple by disguising himself as a anthropomorphic chicken.
