Isoroku Yamamoto, the Commander-in-Chief of the Combined Fleet
Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto (1884-1943) was japan Naval commander who has been awarded the order to attack Pearl Harbour, an arrangement he was duty bound to obey which went against his own personal faith. While this infamous strike is a low point in Western and US history it couldn't have happened if the Japanese government had listened to Yamamoto at 1939 and searched for a far more serene approach to finish their warfare campaign, showing his many menacing presages of the outcomes of the attack ahead true.
