Black Mask
Chui Chik tries to lead a life. But he's really a former test subject for an extremely secretive super-soldier project and also the instructor of a special commando unit known as"701." Even the 701 squad is used for government assignments, but eliminate the subjects and the government makes the decision to abort the job after a few of the agents interrupts a group of policemen in an intense anger. Chui Chik helped the extermination attempt is fled by the surviving 701 agents. Chui Chik went separate ways. He finds that the remainder of the team had been responsible for a violent crime spree that was outside the capability of the police.
