Duke Red has mastered a enormous Ziggurat's building to extend his power across the whole entire world. Tima, a robot-girl built in the image of the deceased daughter, is at the center of these plans. After escaping the Duke's clutches in a lab flame, she befriends and meets Kenichi, a boy who is traveled to Metropolis seeking a scientist wanted for penis trafficking with his detective uncle.
