Emilie is just a young woman manager in Human Ressources, working for a French agro-food firm that is huge. Ambitious and dedicated to her job, she's a soldier, ready to put ruthless procedures of management into clinic to meet with the higher-ups' requirements. But, one afternoon, suicide is committed by one of the employees . Afflicted by her colleague's terrific death, she will eventually see that the company has to accept its responsibility too. While an investigation in underway, stuck between her colleagues and under pressure of a hierarchy, she might need to make do on her own.
