Hell Comes to Frogtown
'Hell' is the name of this story's protagonist. He is a captive of those women who run the USA. Consequences of this war show that mutants have evolved, and also the human race is in danger of extinction due to infertility. Hell is given that the task of helping in the rescue of some group of wealthy women from the harem of this mutant leader (resembling a frog). Hell can't escape since he's got a bomb if he strays higher than just a few hundred yards from his defender, that may detonate.
