At the SCRS (Seiko Cup Rally Series), talented youthful drivers aspire to advance to the WRC (World Rally Championship). Atsuhiro Hiyama (Masahiro Higashide) is the chief mechanic along with an engineer at Supika Movements Factory. He is well recognized by his peers. His younger brother's Naozumi (Mackenyu Arata). He is a troublemaker, although he is an extremely talented driver for Supika Racing Factory.
