In 1988, Chilean military dictator Augusto Pinochet, due to international pressure, is made to name a plebiscite. The country may vote'Yes' or'No' into Pinochet extending his rule for another eight decades. Opposition leaders for its'No' vote persuade their campaign to be, spearheaded by a young advertising executive, Rene Saavedra. Against all odds, while under scrutiny and using tools by the minions of the despot, Saavedra and his team devise an audacious plan put Chile free to win election.
