Article 99
Dr. Richard Sturgess directs a group of compassionate medical practioners in a veteran's hospital. Along with Drs. Morgan, Handleman and Van Dorn, he struggles to provide sufficient care to destitute veterans at the face of funding cuts and a tainted administration. To triumph, the team might have to flex the rules and circumvent the villainous"Article 99," a bureaucratic loophole that prevents veterans from receiving the benefits they deserve.
