Cotton Comes to Harlem
Harlem's African-American population is being scammed by the Rev. Deke O'Malley, that dishonestly asserts that small contributions will secure parcels of property in Africa. When new york police officers Gravedigger Jones and Coffin Ed Johnson research the scam of O'Malley, they learn that the money is being smuggled inside a bale of cotton. Nevertheless, a lot of others, O'Malley, and the police are scrambling whenever the amount of money goes lost.
