Lakshmi can be really a thirteen-year-old girl who lives with her family in a hut. When the Himalayan monsoons wash away the daddy of Lakshmi says she has to leave home and take a project to support her family. He presents her to a glamorous stranger who tells her she's going to see her work as a maid from the town. Glad to find a way to assist, Lakshmi travels to India and arrives at"Happiness House" filled with expectation. But she soon finds the reality: she was sold into prostitution...
