Dr. Bill Cortner and his fiancée, Jan Compton, are driving into his laboratory if they get into a dreadful automobile crash. Compton is decapitated. However, Cortner is not fazed by this barrier. His expertise is in transplant, also he is eager to do the head transplant. Keeping Compton's head the surgery that is groundbreaking nonetheless unorthodox is planned by Cortner.
