Whale Island
Taiwan is a small island nation. Despite being surrounded by water, its inhabitants fear the sea because of its politics, history, and religion. Liao Hung-chi, an author of oceanic fiction, and Ray Chin, an underwater photographer, lead the audience down to the sea and into the water. They encourage us to learn about the sea and consider the possibility that it will become a part of our lives and the future of our country.
