The Tribe
The Tribe is a brand new fictional TV series. It is put in a near-future by which a lethal virus has wiped out all adults, leaving the kids of the world. The focus of the show is based really on an unnamed city occupied by tribes of teenagers and kids. It had been chiefly filmed in and around Wellington, New Zealand. The series Was Made by Raymond Thompson and Harry Duffin and was designed and produced by the Cloud 9 Screen Entertainment Group Together with the United Kingdom's Channel 5. It's aired over 40 broadcast networks across the environment. It debuted on Channel 5 on 24 April 1999 and immediately gained a large fan base. From 1999 to 2003, five string and 260 half-hour episodes are made. Series 6 has been scheduled to start filming in 2003, however Nick Wilson, of Channel 5, along with Raymond Thompson felt that"even though the series was doing well, the cast was becoming too old along with the series was just starting to elongate the heart proposition." They felt the characters are not kiddies fending for themselves without adults. As a result, the series was cancelled. Channel 5 aired the final two episodes on 6 .
