Men in Trees
Men in Trees is an romantic television comedy-drama series that starred Anne Heche who played with relationship trainer Marin Frist and originated on ABC on September 1-2, 2006. The show had been set in the fictional town of Elmo, Alaska and concerned the misadventures of Marin Frist in relationships. The assumption showed at the least superficial similarities into the HBO television show Sex and the City, which featured a romantically-oriented, female writer. The protagonist's apparent"fish-out-of-water" feeling in a remote, small, darkened city could be likened to CBS's Northern vulnerability. The protagonists in both series were NewYorkers thrust in to small town Alaska societies. Filming for the show had been established in Squamish, British Columbia. Debuted in July 2007 and June 2007 in New Zealand about the network. The five carry over episodes aired after this manufacturing season's first installment on ABC, beginning October 1 9. Men In Trees was cancelled on May 4, 2008. Its episodes aired in the summer of 2008.
