Are You Afraid Of the Dark? Is a horror/fantasy-themed anthology television series. The series was a joint production between the company Nickelodeon and the company Cinar. The show was filmed in Montreal, Quebec including their suburbs and at Richmond, British Columbia. The episode"The Tale of the Twisted Claw" has been aired like a pilot over the night of October 3 1, 1991 at the USA and in October 1990 at Canada. Are You Afraid Of the Dark? Was aired from August 1-5, 1992 to April 20, 1996 on Nickelodeon's SNICK. The series also aired before June 11, 2000 in the television network YTV in October 30, 1990. A series with fresh directors, writers, and throw also aired on SNICK and has been produced by Nickelodeon from 1999 into 2000. The sole member from the initial lineup to return for the sixth and seventh seasons was Tucker, although Ross Hull returned to the closing mini series, which broke from the show's established format by blurring the line between story and"reality".
